Knowing exactly how many dogs are in your facility right now — and which ones — is a safety and liability issue, not just a convenience. Paper sign-in sheets get lost. Spreadsheets go stale. Animal Friends OS gives your daycare a live digital attendance board that updates with every check-in and checkout in real time.
The daycare attendance board shows a live count of dogs currently in the facility, dogs expected but not yet arrived, and dogs that have already been picked up. Staff can see this from any device on your network — front desk computer, back office tablet, or a wall-mounted display if you want a permanent headcount screen.
At the end of the day, the attendance log becomes a permanent record of which dogs were present on which dates. This is valuable for incident documentation and vaccination compliance tracking.
Search by name, confirm the pet profile, and check in — under 15 seconds.
Real-time count: in facility, expected, departed.
Filed per dog, texted to owner at end of day.
Alert staff at check-in if a pet's vaccination records are expired.
