Grooming Salon Software Pricing: What You Should Expect to Pay

Home › Features › Grooming Salon Software Pricing: What You Should Expect to Pay

Grooming software pricing ranges from $29/month to over $500/month depending on the platform, how many users you have, and which features you actually need. Here's a transparent breakdown of what's included at each price point — and what Animal Friends OS costs.

Animal Friends OS Pricing

Included on every plan, starting at $69/month:

• Grooming scheduling calendar with per-groomer views
• Client and pet CRM (unlimited records)
• Automated SMS and email reminders
• Online booking widget (embed on any website)
• Boarding kennel grid management
• Daycare check-in and attendance tracking
• Payment processing (card + text-to-pay)
• Digital report cards with photos
• Staff scheduling and timeclock
• Revenue and occupancy reports
• Unlimited staff accounts on Professional and Premium (Starter includes up to 3)
• Email and chat support

What's Not Included (and Why)

• Payment processing fees: Card transaction fees (2.2–2.9%) are charged by the payment network — not by us. This is standard across all payment-enabled software.
• Twilio/SMS carrier fees: Your plan covers the platform's SMS system, including your monthly marketing message allowance — 500 on Starter, 2,000 on Professional, 5,000 on Premium, with appointment reminders and confirmations not counted against it. Carrier delivery costs for high-volume SMS are passed through at actual cost, but for most salons, this is under $5/month.

Is There a Discount for Annual Payment?

Yes. Paying yearly costs ten times the monthly price instead of twelve — $690 a year on Starter, $1,090 on Professional, $1,690 on Premium. That is two months free. Month-to-month is always available at $69, $109, or $169; we would rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
