Yes. The online booking widget lets clients select their preferred stylist. The appointment is routed to that stylist's calendar. If a stylist is unavailable, clients can see who else has openings.

How does commission calculation work?

You set the commission structure per groomer: "15% of service total" or "$8 per appointment" or a tiered structure based on monthly volume. Every time a service is completed, the commission posts to that groomer's ledger automatically.

Can different groomers have different services and pricing?

Yes. Senior groomers can have different service menus and pricing than junior staff. Clients see the right pricing for the groomer they book.

What happens to the schedule if a groomer calls in sick?
