Morning drop-off at a busy daycare can have 20 dogs arriving in 30 minutes. Without a digital check-in system, that is 20 manual record lookups, 20 vaccination checks, and 20 attendance log entries — all happening while dogs are barking and owners are running late for work. Animal Friends OS turns that chaos into a 15-second check-in workflow.
Staff search the client's name, the pet profile loads, and a single tap checks them in. The system shows vaccination status, behavioral flags, and any special instructions for today — before the dog walks through the door. If a vaccine is expired, the alert appears at check-in, not when you are reviewing files at end of day.
Many states require daycare facilities to maintain a maximum dog-to-staff ratio. The live attendance board shows exactly how many dogs are in the facility right now, updated with every check-in and checkout. No counting heads by eye. No clipboards to reconcile.
Full pet profile with flags, vaccines, and instructions loads instantly.
Real-time attendance count for ratio compliance.
Filed per dog, texted to owner at end of the day.
Expired vaccine alert fires at check-in automatically.
