The app only captures a GPS snapshot at check-in and check-out — not continuous tracking. Minimal battery impact.

What if a walker runs late?

If a walker hasn't checked in within 15 minutes of the scheduled start, you get an alert. You can reassign or follow up immediately.

Can owners see when their dog's walk is happening in real time?

Owners see the check-in timestamp when it happens and receive the walk report when the walk ends. Real-time GPS tracking for owners is on the roadmap.

How do I handle key access for client homes?

Each dog profile has an "access notes" field — lockbox code, hide-a-key location, or gate code. Visible to the assigned walker only.

Can I bill per walk or per month?

Both. Set up per-walk billing (client is charged after each visit) or monthly subscription billing (auto-charged on the 1st). You choose per client.
