Yes. Furley is free for pet parents to download and use. There is no subscription and no fee to create an account.
Furley works with pet-care shops running on Animal Friends OS. If your shop uses it, they will tell you — and the app will show their name and logo once you pick them.
Card details are entered on Stripe’s own secure payment page — the same payment processor used by millions of businesses — and never touch Furley’s or Animal Friends OS’s own servers.
Some shops add a small, clearly disclosed convenience fee to online card and wallet payments. When that applies, Furley and the payment screen show the fee amount before you pay — it is never hidden or folded silently into the total.
