No. Pricing is flat per business, not per user. Starter includes 3 staff logins; Professional includes unlimited staff logins; Premium includes unlimited staff logins. Adding a groomer or a front-desk person does not change the monthly bill on a plan with unlimited logins, and on Starter it is a plan change rather than a per-seat charge.
Yes. The trial is 14 days and does not require a credit card. Billing is month to month afterwards and cancellable from the dashboard.
Nothing is forced on top of your processor. Connect your own Stripe account and Animal Friends OS takes a 0% platform fee — you pay only Stripe’s own rate. Built-in OS Payments is available as an opt-in alternative at a small, clearly disclosed flat rate, and you choose it deliberately; it is never switched on for you.
Stripe, and only Stripe, today. Square, Clover and Authorize.net cannot be connected. PayPal is built end to end but is gated off pending payments-partner approval, so it may not appear in your dashboard.

The first location is always included in the plan price. Extra locations are billed monthly on graduated tiers that get cheaper as you grow: extras 1–4 are $69 each, extras 5–9 are $59 each, extras beyond that are $49 each. Multi-location is self-serve — the owner turns it on from the dashboard.
Yes, and it is included free on every plan with no add-on fee. Your logo, brand colors, welcome message, home-screen layout and navigation labels are yours to design from the dashboard. Booking and account access are included on every plan. Live camera viewing unlocks on Professional and Premium. Layout styles are classic and minimal on Starter, plus bold and warm on Professional, plus playful on Premium.
Yes. Ten datasets — clients, pets, bookings, stays, daycare days, invoices, payments, messages, incidents and more — export to CSV from the account screen, on demand, by the owner or a manager. Billing is month to month with no notice period, and the business phone number you use stays yours with no release fee.
