A dog that gets groomed every six weeks, comes to daycare on Tuesdays and boards at Christmas is one pet with one history. Vaccinations, behavior notes, pickup authorizations and payment history are shared, so staff in any department see the same facts.
Training clients who also groom or board show up in the same system too, so you stop re-entering the same family into a second program.
Grooming
Breed profiles and notes that carry from visit to visit, before and after photos, recurring appointments on 4, 6 or 8 week cycles, and groomer performance tracking.
Boarding
A kennel and suite grid with live occupancy, a check-in flow, feeding schedules, medication logging, daily photo updates for owners and a 30-day capacity view.
Daycare
A daily attendance board, play groups with assigned staff, capacity limits, half-day and full-day pricing, passes and packages, and pickup authorization.
Training
Session and package scheduling, curriculum and progress notes, homework the client can see, and completion certificates.

Your processor, your rates, a 0% platform fee.
Card payments run through your own Stripe account at your own rates and settle to your bank; Animal Friends OS adds a 0% platform fee. If you would rather not set up your own account, optional OS Payments handles processing for a flat 0.4% plus 15 cents per transaction, always shown before you turn it on.
