Need SMS? Upgrade. Need boarding? Add-on. Need reports? Enterprise plan. Animal Friends OS rejects that. Our three plans — Starter $69, Professional $109, Premium $169 a month, plus a one-time $49 activation fee — all include the same features. Moving up buys you more staff logins and more marketing messages, never access to a feature you were already paying for.
Grooming, boarding, daycare, and training — all active from day one. No need to purchase modules separately.
Two-way SMS, automated reminders, email notifications, and a client portal on every plan. Reminders and confirmations are never metered; marketing messages come out of your plan allowance.
Payroll, timeclock, staff scheduling, QuickBooks sync, and business reports.
Online booking widget, premium photo system with watermarks, grooming report cards, and client-facing portal.
Unlimited clients, unlimited pets, unlimited appointments on every plan. Unlimited staff logins on Professional and Premium (Starter includes 3). Marketing texts are the one metered item — 500, 2,000 or 5,000 a month by plan — and appointment reminders and confirmations never count against it.

It means the plan you pick decides how many staff logins and marketing messages you get — not which features you are allowed to use. Animal Friends OS has three plans: Starter $69, Professional $109, and Premium $169 a month, plus a one-time $49 activation fee. Every one of them includes grooming, boarding, daycare and training, online booking, the client portal, reminders, invoices and reports. There are no per-user fees and no add-on modules for core features.
No. Your plan price plus a one-time $49 activation fee is the whole bill — the activation fee covers carrier registration for texting and moving your data over. No implementation fees, no per-user fees, no per-location fees, no payment processing markups. You also choose your own payment processor and we take 0% of what you process.
New features arrive on your existing plan automatically. We do not spin up a new tier or charge an upgrade fee for new functionality — every plan gets every feature.
