It puts calendars for grooming, boarding, daycare and training, client and pet records, check-in and check-out, and Clover checkout with tips on the Clover device you already have. Card payments in PawCounter go through Clover, not a second processor. Appointment confirmations and reminders go out by app notification and email, which is how PawCounter cuts no-shows without sending marketing messages.
