About Furley
Furley is a free consumer mobile app published by AFPC Industries LLC. It lets pet owners connect to the pet-care shops that use Animal Friends OS to book visits, watch boarding cameras, view report cards, and manage their profile. This page explains how to delete your Furley account and exactly what data is removed.
Delete your account from inside the app
- Open the Furley app and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your Furley account and personal information are erased immediately and you are signed out on every device.
What is deleted
Deleting your Furley account permanently removes your Furley identity and all of its personal information, including:
- Your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
- Your Apple / Google sign-in association.
- All active sessions and login tokens (you are signed out everywhere).
- The links that connect your Furley account to the shops you use.
What is retained, and why
Furley connects you to independent pet-care businesses. Each shop keeps its own client and visit records (appointments, invoices, and pet care history) as the business’s own operational and legal records, under that shop’s retention policy — the same as if you had booked over the phone or at the counter. Deleting your Furley account unlinks you from those shops but does not delete a shop’s own business records. To have a specific shop erase your records with them, contact that shop directly.
Can’t access the app?
If you are unable to sign in, email [email protected] from the email address on your Furley account and ask us to delete it. We will verify your identity and remove your Furley account and its personal information.
