About this policy
Furley is a free consumer mobile app published by AFPC Industries LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Furley connects pet owners to the independent pet-care shops that use Animal Friends OS, so you can manage your pet’s profile, book visits, watch your shop’s live boarding cameras, and pay for service. This policy describes exactly what the Furley app collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers the Furley consumer app specifically. (The software the shops themselves use is covered by the separate Animal Friends OS Privacy Policy.)
What Furley collects
Account information. Your name, email address, and phone number, so your shop can identify you and reach you about your pet’s visits. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive the basic profile information you approve (name and email).
Pet profiles and photos. The pets you add — their name, breed, and details — and any pet photos you choose to upload.
Vaccine records. Images or PDF files of your pet’s vaccination records that you upload, so your shop can keep them on file.
Live camera viewing. When your shop offers boarding cameras, the app lets you view your shop’s live camera feed while your pet is staying there. Furley streams the video to you; it does not record it for you.
Payments. When you pay through Furley, payment is processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered into Stripe directly — Furley never sees or stores your full card number. Your chosen shop is the merchant of record and receives the payment through Stripe Connect; Furley facilitates the checkout.
Push notifications. If you allow notifications, we store a push notification token and your device name so we can send you visit updates (for example, “ready for pickup”). You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
Crash diagnostics. If crash reporting is enabled for a build, technical crash diagnostics are sent through Sentry to help us fix bugs. This is off unless enabled, and it never includes your pet photos, vaccine records, or payment details.
How your information is shared
Furley shares your information with the pet-care shop you choose (the business that uses Animal Friends OS) so that shop can provide the service you asked for — booking, boarding, grooming, and keeping your pet’s records. We also use the vetted service providers named above (Stripe for payments, and Sentry for crash diagnostics when enabled) strictly to operate the app.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not share it with data brokers.
Deleting your data

Children
Furley is intended for pet owners age 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post any material changes to this policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
