A pet sitting website that helps owners feel safe handing over a key
Hiring a pet sitter means giving someone a key and trusting them with an animal and a home. A pet sitting website has to make that feel safe: who you are, what you do on a visit, where you work and how to start. $29 a month, hosting included.

Six things a pet sitting website should do.
Say who you are
A real photo and a short, honest introduction. Owners hire a person before a business.
List your services
Walks, drop-in visits, overnight stays and any extras, each with what is included and a price or starting price.
Show your area
The neighborhoods, towns or ZIP codes you cover, so owners know at a glance.
Explain the meet-and-greet
How the first meeting works, what you ask about the pet, and how you handle a key.
State your trust details
If you are insured, bonded or trained in pet first aid, say so. Only list what is true and current.
Make enquiries easy
A short form asking for the pet, dates and address, and a phone number that is easy to tap.

Rounds, visit reports and payments in one system.
The full Animal Friends OS has its own plan for dog walking and pet sitting, with rounds and visit reports. See dog walking and pet sitting software.
Questions owners ask
What should a pet sitting website include?
Who you are, the services you offer with prices, the area you cover, how a meet-and-greet works, any insurance or training that is true, and an easy way to ask for a visit.
How much is a website for a pet sitter?
$29 a month, or $15 for Animal Friends OS customers, with hosting included. A .com domain is $24.99 a year.
Do I need a website as a dog walker?
You can start with a social page, but a website you own shows up in search, holds your prices and policies in one place, and looks more established to owners who are choosing someone to enter their home.
Should I put my prices online?
Yes, at least a starting price per service. It saves time for you and filters out enquiries that will not fit.
Can I list that I am insured?
Only if you are, and keep it current. Owners often ask, and an accurate statement builds trust.
Can clients request visits online?
The site has a button that goes to the link you choose, such as a request form. With the full Animal Friends OS, it opens online booking.
Can I get email at my own domain?
Yes. Business email is $12 a month, and the bundle (website, 2 mailboxes and your domain included while you stay subscribed) is $39 a month.
